When I first read this task I imagined that I would not have very much to write as I felt that not much occurs in my day to day life. I decided to break down my days beginning with the simple task of waking up.
Throughout my working day I discovered that although my specialism may be Media, I delve quite deeply into tasks that I thought would be out of my comfort zone. This has given me the ability to realise how much I actually do above and beyond my specialism, that either coincide with it or assist.
It has also given me insight on how I want to develop my skills.
I have now taken to scribbling major parts of my day roughly, before compiling them into my final journal.
I was surprised at how much I could learn about myself just by writing a journal.
